You rawwwk!! (is that how that's spelled?) Thank you (for the link and all)!
PS - after nearly 10 years of living in East Wenatchee (I am a Seattle transplant) I have (I think) finally come to grips with living here, although I do miss Seattle every time I go over there to visit... I eat a lot more apples than I used to tho... @0)

Nice postcards. did you know that Frog and Toad is cockney rhyming slang for "road"? I expect you did.

I didn't know that - I use Frog and Toad's Wild Ride because for me, it brings up memories of a friend I had in Seattle who was a very cautious ('very' doesn't even really begin to cover it) and sometimes when I would drive (if we had to anywhere that required going over a bridge) I would drive and she would always call it a 'frog and toad's wild ride.' That is an interesting factoid though - thank you. @0)

Rediscovered you blog today through Ed's links. I put one in my Flobberlob blog.
Also, i wonder if the toad in question was the one in "Wind In The Willows" who went on wild rides in his motor car and a train and even a horse I seem to remember? Not sure how froggy got in there though!

Hey thanks Michael - I'll put you in my links too.
I always thought 'Frog and Toad's Wild Ride' referred to a series of stories that first came out in the seventies about a frog and a toad who were friends and all their various adventures...but I can see how the 'Wind in The Willows' toad would fit in too. Hmmmm...
