Hello. I have a question re: mail art. What exactly is meant by "documentation to all"? Thank you.

Hi Clark - It can mean (I think - being reletively new to mail art) either publication on a web site or actually reproducing and sending images of all the art that was received, along with the names of the people who sent it, to each participant.
