Here's how I do collages: I use photoshop to come up with parts of photos I like, then I do weird things (or not) with Photoshop to them and collage various parts together. Then I sometimes Photoshop the whole thing some more. Then sometimes after that I print it on some nice paper and draw on it with colored pencils or pens.
